Big Brother 2013: Charlie, Dexter, Jack & Joe and Sam are up for eviction after face-to-face nominations

Big Brother told housemates to vote face-to-face for the final nominations of the series.
Each given a board and pen to write their two choices, the house then had to share their nominations to each other.
And after the awkward encounter, Charlie, Dexter, Jack & Joe and Sam were put up for the public vote.

And in yet another twist to this year's series of Big Brother, one housemate got the chance to win a pass which would put them automatically through to the final.
But only if the house votes unanimously for that person.
Sadly, when the votes were tallied there wasn't a consensus so the pass was lost for all.

The house was gathered in the living area before Big Brother told them of the opportunity.
And for a period of time, each housemate made a plea for why they should get immunity to the final before they made their votes anonymously.
It was clear from the discussion that their wouldn't be a unanimous decision, with many disagreeing on why someone deserves the free pass over the others.

Failed: Because the housemates didn't vote unanimously, no one got a pass to the final

And after they made their votes anonymously, Big Brotther delivered the disappointing result that no one would be benefiting from the immunity.
Charlie took the news particularly bad when she discovered no one voted for her.
Dexter tried to comfort Travers outside: 'I don’t want you to be upset because I didn’t pick you. I was over thinking it.'

But Charlie said she felt betrayed: 'No its fine I just think the problem is that I stuck by you. I feel a little bit upset because I was going to vote for Sophie because I want Sophie to win. But then I thought I know you. You are my best mate in here. You have been so good to me and my loyalties are with you.'
'I was confident in my head that everyone was going to pick Sophie,' Dexter said. 'I wanted someone to get it. I was going to pick you but I didn’t want it to be a wasted vote.'
And Dexter wasn't done sharing the motivational speeches, as he brought Gina to tears with his supportive words: 'What you show to the outside world isn’t exactly how you are feeling and the person that you really are inside…with the journey that you have come on I am so proud of you…I am very very proud of what you have achieved.
'For you to change public perception you don’t realise how much that you have done…For you to get the nation on your side because you are who you are…you have f**king smashed it. Never doubt yourself Gina.'
